Zombie Apocalypse Store

Hello, doomsday preppers!

Your survival kit is incomplete. No, really, you don’t have nearly enough mac and cheese in there.

Besides, no survivalist kit is complete without first checking for missing necessities at the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE STORE- 3420 Spring Mountain Rd., Las Vegas, NV.

Here, they sell your basic equipment for any sort of apocalypse, including weapons (stun guns, tasers, knives, etc.) and survival gear, plus ZAS paraphernalia.

They also offer some on-site apocalypse training, such as:

Resilience: watch a zombie explode.

Defense: one hour knife throwing lessons. I was wearing flip flops, so I did not do this.

Courage: stand in front of the fence and this zombie dog jumps out and tries to attack you.

… he’s still LOOKING AT ME!!!!

Or take a wicked cool photo proving that you can kill zombies.

I am going to confess right here and now… I may have a slight, legitimate (albeit irrational) fear of zombies. Not sure why. I mean, of all the horror monster tropes, they are one of the least likely to ever actually happen. Throw ghosts at me, vampires, werewolves, scary clowns (…actually, you keep those), demons, no problem, but… give me every single dead person coming back to life and trying to eat the brains of the living at a slow, methodical pace and I start to get nervous. I consider hanging out at this store a big step forward for me.

Besides, everyone here is super friendly!

The employees are pretty nice, too.

… in all seriousness, I could have hung out all day talking to those guys.

The website advertises Zombie Shooting Events on select days, if slaughtering zombies (paintball, to the layman) is your milieu.

Whoever you are, this store is a good Las Vegas stop that is far from The Strip. Believe it or not, there is a Las Vegas outside of The Strip.

Check out the Mob Museum while in Vegas, too. They have the brick wall from the St. Valentine’s Day massacre.

Until next time, dahlings…
